This session was first created for researchers. We aim to encourage experts to reflect on how their positionality may be playing into methodologies and outcomes. Here we share techniques on how to undertake constructive and ongoing self-reflection.

Often, activist groups, staff networks, or student groups need to collaborate to agree on desired targets. This requires uncovering the root causes of the problems manifesting. In this session we help groups with quality problem structuring to propose robust recommendations.

These sessions are tailored for groups of between 2-10. We will talk through desired aims, explore methods for effective collaboration and how to effectively delegate based on various skills within the team.

intRespect Consultancy Programme

Effective anti-racism strategies and policies are built from a position of knowledge. This includes knowledge from the communities affected cross-referenced with quantitative data collected by organisations. This programe consists of literature reviews, interviews and immersive techniques to help shape impactful and viable recommendations.
